Northwest Brain Freeze

Saturday, April 6, 2019, Golden Gardens Bathhouse, Seattle, WA

#FreezeTheDisease with us. The Northwest Brain Freeze is a polar-plunge-style event that offers individuals and teams a chance to honor and remember loved ones. Teams and individuals are encouraged to wear their best costumes, bring all the spirit they have and get ready to plunge into the Puget Sound in celebration of all their hard work.

Don’t Feel Like Freezing? No need to worry, others will also be “here to cheer!” This event is an amazing spectator sport too. Register and fundraise in support of the event and we promise you don’t have to jump in the Puget Sound on event day.

You’re invited to join us at the 1st Annual Northwest Brain Freeze by registering today and freeze with us at Golden Gardens Bathhouse on Saturday, April 6th, 2019!

Registration:

Before March 6th: $25

March 6th – April 3rd: $30
