Your child’s school is participating in the National Brain Tumor Society’s “High Five” program, which allows students to connect to a pediatric brain tumor patient with a simple gesture of support… A high five. These “high fives” will be displayed via colorful painted handprints and a personal sentiment shared by your child. This program is not only meant to inspire and support a pediatric patient’s brain tumor journey, but will be used as a fundraiser to raise crucial funds for brain tumor research, clinical trials and advocacy.
The National Brain Tumor Society is fiercely committed to finding better treatments, and ultimately a cure, for people living with a brain tumor today and anyone who will be diagnosed tomorrow. This means effecting change in the system at all levels.
We ask that you send your child to school with a suggested donation of $1-$5 dollars. If you would like to learn more about the mission of the National Brain Tumor Society or make a larger contribution, please find their class name and donate accordingly.
Together we are stronger and hope that you will share in the rally to support a pediatric brain tumor patient by giving a “High Five”.
