Event Day Program
9:00 AM – Registration Opens
9:30 AM – Remembrance Ceremony near the balloon columns. This is an optional ceremony for people to join if they want to honor a loved one who has passed away. We will take a few minutes to read a poem and listen to a song and reflect on their memory.
10:00 AM – Opening remarks
10:10AM – Guest Research Speaker
10:10AM – Brain Tumor survivor story
10:15 AM – Survivor Photo in front of the stage. All survivors at the event are encouraged to be in the photo.
10:30 AM – Walk Begins
11:20 AM – Silent Auction ends. Be sure to place your bids accordingly!
Final fundraising numbers announced
Top Fundraising Team, Top Fundraising Individual, Top Team Spirit announced.
Rain or shine the event will go on! Regardless of weather, layered clothing, windbreakers, sunglasses, and sunscreen are recommended.

Our event will be held at Field #2 closest to North Harbor Drive and West Grape Street. Look for the tents and balloon columns! There will be directional yard signs to guide you during the walk as well.
Parking is very limited around the site. Please click here for a map of available public parking in the surrounding area. Many places will charge for parking, which you will incur the fee for. There are also metered parking in the area.
