9:05 National Brain Tumor Society Staff will share information about what the organization is currently working on.
9:10 Remembrance Ceremony will be held at the Honor & Celebrate Tent. This is an elective ceremony for people to join if they want to honor a loved one who has passed away. We will take just a few minutes to read a poem and have a moment of silence while we reflect on their memory.
9:20 Survivor Photo in front of the stage. All survivors at the event are encouraged to be in the photo.

10:45 The 2019 Planning Committee Members will close out our program by announcing our final fundraising numbers, raffle and auction winners, and will distributing prizes. Top team and top individual fundraisers will be acknowledged during the closing ceremony.
11:00 LIVE MUSIC & LUNCH We are on the hunt for a live band, please send your recommendations our way!
Food at the Walk
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in providing a food cart/tent to serve the participants.
We will have a tent where you can create your own team sign to carry on the walk.
We are inviting YOU our walkers, team captains, and volunteers to bring a silent auction item to the walk. Whatever your item is sold for will be credited to your teams fundraising efforts. Learn more about how to participate in the silent auction by emailing your event director, email@example.com Expect prizes such as vacation homes, theater tickets, restaurant gift certificates, spa days, and unique hand-crafted items. Checks, cash, credit and debit cards will be accepted.
We will be redirecting focus to all things MISSION this year followed by a short walk component. The initial start of the walk will be a lap around the MODA center (green arrow is .4 mile). For those that wish to continue will loop the rest of the MODA campus. You’ll want to start with the green arrow and continue on with the orange arrow along N Winning Way and make your way back to start/finish (1 mile). You are welcome to loop this as many times as you like.
MODA Loop is for Honorees. Lap 1 is for our Mission. Lap 2 is for Research. Lap 3 is for Advocacy.

Parking attached to the MODA center on event day will be FREE and available for our use.
You can pull up and drop off at N. Winning Way. Look for signage indicating where. Then you’ll have prompt access to the Parking Garages.
