EVENT DETAILS/ AGENDA:
10:00am: Registration OPENS onsite at the HandCraft Parking Lot
10:00am-11:45am: Morning Program / Mission Activities
11:45am: Kid’s Run
12:00pm: Runner Start / Walker Start immediately following the conclusion of the runner’s first loop on the course.
1:15pm: Runner/ Walker awards and fundraising awards
1:30pm: Vendor “Crawl” thru Scott’s Addition
PACKET PICK UP:
Packet Pick Up will be available on Friday for those wishing to retrieve their race bibs, t-shirts, vendor wristbands and swag bags early. You can stop by River City Roll (939 Myers St.), from 4p-8pm. If you purchased a vendor wristband, stay and enjoy half price bowling!
If you do not wish to/ are unable to stop by River City Roll, you can redeem these items at the Registration Tent on Saturday! Registration tent opens at 10am!
Parking will be available on a first come first serve basis within the Scott’s Addition community, where ‘No Parking’ restrictions have not been implemented. Additionally, parking will be available at The Diamond (Flying Squirrels) in the Green Lot. The entrance to the green lot is off the corner of Hermitage and Robin Hood Rd. (see ‘Parking Map’ link below). There will be 2 shuttles running continuous loops to transport participants to and from the Event Site. Shuttle #1 will run 8:30am-12noon, while shuttle #2 will run 9:30am-5:30pm. Shuttle Pick Up will take place at the parking lot entrance gate.
RACE/ WALK COURSE:
- Counter clock wise course
- Runners will lap course twice / Walkers will lap once
- Walkers will enter course immediately following the last runner’s completions of loop one.
