Street Team TODAY & Ongoing
We are looking for individuals or groups to hang posters in local stores, libraries, coffee shops, hospitals, etc. Grab some friends, have a fun few hours, and give back to the brain tumor community!

Volunteer Check-in 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Checking in all volunteers for the event. Provide site maps, directions and other key items for the volunteers. Organize and pack remaining supplies after the event.
Set-Up Crew (Day of Event) 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Help with unloading and placing boxes and supplies in the tents in preparation for event. Organize tables and hang signage. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Registration Tent 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Set up the Registration and Check-In tent. Check-in pre-registered participants and register new walk-ups participants. You may also be responsible for collecting donations and or distributing t-shirts. Mandatory registration training will take place in the morning before registration begins.
Refreshment Tent 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Assist in setting up the food area on-site. Monitor and help distribute food to participants. Organize and pack remaining supplies after the event. Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
Honor and Celebrate Tent 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Assist participants in writing messages and hanging photos of loved ones on the Hope and Memory banners. You will also support the remembrance ceremony by distributing poem cards, paper flowers and tissues to those who attend.
Kid’s Area 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Help set up the tent, then lead areas of play for children at the event. Jobs include face painting, bubbles, tattoos etc.
Silent Auction Tent 9:30 AM – 12:00 p.m.
Set up the tent for use. Assist in collecting forms and auction items as teams arrive. You’ll assist in helping answer questions for participants looking to bid during the event. You’ll help process payments, distribute items at the close of the event, and clean up.
Dressing Rooms – 11:30 AM – 2:00 p.m.
Inform plungers where they can change and keep lines in order. After the event, organize and pack remaining supplies. Help with clean up and trash collection.
Breakdown/Clean-up Noon – 2:00 p.m.
Organize and pack supplies and assist with clean up. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
